Auction Sites Reviewed
(Note: If you're in a hurry like I usually am, and just want the results, here are THE GOOD SITES THAT SCORED BEST - Government Surplus & Real Estate 1st Choice: governmentauctions.org; runner-up: foreclosurepass.com - Cars & Trucks, 1st choice: car-auction.com runner-up: auctionpass.com)You're here because you know you can make money or save money buying Government Surplus, Foreclosed Property, Seized or Repo'd Vehicles through Government of Private Auctions. The good news is, you can! You can make (or save) a ton of money buying FEMA trailers, property, cars, trucks, electronics, jewelry, etc. this way. And there are Websites now that will show you EXACTLY how to buy GSA surplus, foreclosures, cars, etc. at up to 90% off - yes, up to 90% off!Now the bad news: there are even more Websites that will simply take your money and not do a darn thing for you. So, how do you know where to go?Thats what this page is for: I know every scam and trick in the book, because I was the Business Development Manager for one of the largest Auction Listing sites on the Web. (I don't work there anymore, so I'm not 'favoring' anyone). While working there, however, I also saw many folks make small (and large!) fortunes with Real Estate, and save tens of thousands on cars, trucks, trailers, and the like. If thats what you're after, its still out there. What I've done is combed through every one of the sites, knowing what I know from working in the business, and tell you which ones give you the best listings, best information, and WONT RIP YOU OFF!Ok, lets get started:GOVERNMENT SURPLUS, FORECLOSURES & REAL ESTATEThere are literally thousands of homes, trailers, and land being foreclosed and auctioned everyday by banks, the Federal Government Agencies, as well as State and Local municipalities. Whats important here? My hands-down recommendation here GovernmentAuctions.org, and here's why:Legitimacy - just look at their home page; they've been featured on CNBC, CBS News, Barrons, and others. I think they even have a video posted of their CNBC feature.Listings - here's where they shine. I counted over 2000 agencies and 75,000+ foreclosure listings, FEMA, GSA, etc. Afterall, you're trying to make or save money, you want the largest number of choices. These guys have it.Pre-foreclosures - this is neat; they have pre-foreclosure listings! This is where you can really score, before the foreclosures are listed by every real estate agent on the planet.Contact info - again, these guys get it right. Almost every listing has direct contact info: name address, phone number, etc.Best choice in foreclosures, real estate, and homes:GovernmentAuctions.org Runner-up: ForeclosurePass.comCars, Trucks, RV's, etc.Every month across the United States, thousands of cars are seized by different Government agencies (IRS, DEA, FBI) & Police departments and auctioned off to the public. These vehicles are typically listed at up to 90% off their original value and auctions usually start at $100. My top pick is Car-Auction.com which also has Gov't pre-owned vehicles that are well maintained & usually 2-3 yrs old.And again, there are SO MANY sites, many of which are SCAMS! Once again, I must point out the most important factor:Legitimacy: These guys have been around a LONG time. And, they actually employ Customer Service people - that tells you more than any 'advertisement' possibly could!Listings: Thousands and thousands of vehicles, and importantly, they seem to have huge numbers in every state. Plus, the necessary pictures and info.Best choice in seized & repo'd cars and trucks:Car-Auctions.org Runner-up: AuctionPass.comA final word: I recently found an INCREDIBLE RESOURCE online: FreeIQ. It's free, has TONS of info on making money, marketing, saving money, etc. with videos, training, books, etc. all FREE. You will be hearing a LOT about it - grab a free account while you can: www.freeiq.com/loginfreeI will be updating this listing every few weeks, so check back!
